QUANTARIUM corp (the "Company") maintains this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act to protect users' personal information and to handle related complaints smoothly. This policy applies to the Company website (quantarium.io).

1. Personal information we process

The Company website has no sign-up feature and processes only the following information.

• Email inquiries: the email address you send from, your name (if provided), and the content of your inquiry

• Automatically collected information: server access logs such as IP address, browser type, and date and time of access

• Cookies: a cookie that remembers your selected language (NEXT_LOCALE). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

2. Purposes of processing

• Reviewing and responding to inquiries

• Stable operation and security of the website (access logs)

• Serving pages in the language you selected (cookies)

3. Retention and use period

Inquiry information is destroyed without delay once we have responded. However, where retention is required by applicable laws, it is kept for the period those laws require.

Access logs are kept according to the hosting provider's retention policy and then deleted.

4. Outsourcing and international transfer

The Company outsources the following tasks to operate the website, and in the process access logs may be processed on servers outside Korea.

• Processor: Google LLC (Firebase App Hosting)

• Outsourced tasks: website hosting and access log processing

• Destination countries: Taiwan and other countries where Google data centers are located

• Transfer method: transmission over the network when you access the website

5. Provision to third parties

The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties, except where required by law.

6. Destruction procedures and methods

Personal information is destroyed without delay once the retention period ends or the purpose of processing has been achieved. Electronic files are deleted using methods that make them unrecoverable.

7. Your rights and how to exercise them

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal information at any time. Email the Chief Privacy Officer below, and we will act on your request without delay.

8. Security measures

The Company takes the measures necessary to keep personal information secure, such as limiting access rights to the minimum and encrypting data in transit (HTTPS).
